All payments for Natural Trauma Healing sessions are via direct deposit into Mihoko’s bank account.

Cancellation Policy
Mihoko has the standard 24-hour 100% cancellation fee policy most other mental and physical health professionals have.
What this means is that if you cancel your confirmed session within 24 hours of your scheduled confirmed appointment time, you will be charged the full fee.
The 24 hour 100% cancellation fee applies if you need to cancel for ANY reason, no exceptions.
Holiday & Continuous Education Training
Mihoko will take holidays and also be gone for continuing education training, I will inform you of those dates as far in advance as I can so you can be informed.
